4. Delivery, setup and travel policy

We hire out photo booth services, not physical goods, so nothing is posted to you. Instead, our attendant delivers, sets up, runs and collects the booth at your event.

4.1 Where we cover

We cover South Wales and West Wales, and travel within this area is free. For events outside South Wales and West Wales, please contact us. Bookings outside this area are by quote only, and any travel charge will be agreed with you in writing before your booking is confirmed.

4.2 Delivery and setup

  1. Our attendant brings the booth and everything included in your package to your venue on the day of your event.

  2. We arrive 1 hour before your hire period starts to set up. Setup time is not part of your hire hours.

  3. The booth needs a clear, flat, level floor space of at least 2.5m x 2.5m, and two standard mains power sockets within 3 to 5 metres.

  4. Please confirm venue access times, parking and any access restrictions with us before your event.

4.3 During and after your event

  1. Our attendant stays with the booth throughout your hire period.

  2. When your hire period ends, the attendant takes 1 hour to pack down. Pack-down time is not part of your hire hours.

  3. If you would like the booth set up well before it is used (for example, set up before a wedding breakfast and used in the evening), standby time applies, and we will agree it with you directly before your event.

  4. Extra hours can be arranged in advance, or on the day if our schedule allows. Any extra time is agreed with you directly.

4.4 Delays

We plan our journeys to arrive in good time. If we are delayed by something outside our control, such as a road closure or severe weather, we will contact you or your venue contact straight away and set up as quickly as possible.

4.5 Your photos

Guests receive their digital photos instantly at the booth by AirDrop, QR code, email, WhatsApp or SMS. Where your package includes prints, these are printed at the event for guests to take home. After the event, you will receive a link to an online web gallery of your photos within 7 days. The gallery stays online for 1 month.
