Frequently Asked Questions
The Luxe Photo Booth and printer station require a minimum area of approximately 2.5m × 2.5m. If you're adding a backdrop, we recommend allowing 3m × 3m. We'll confirm space requirements with your venue prior to the event.
We arrive approximately 90 minutes before your chosen start time to ensure everything is set up and tested. Pack-down takes around 45 minutes and is carried out discreetly after your event.
Absolutely. Every booking includes a bespoke holding screen displayed on the rear monitor featuring your event logo, names, or details. Photo print templates are fully customisable to match your wedding theme and colour palette.
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May–September). Popular dates can be reserved up to 12 months ahead.
We offer a curated selection of elegant props suited to luxury weddings — think gold frames, silk flowers, and calligraphy signs. We deliberately avoid novelty items to maintain the premium aesthetic of your event.
Our Classic Package which includes digital photos only does not come with an attendant but all other packages includes a professionally presented booth attendant who manages the experience, assists guests and ensures everything runs flawlessly throughout your event.
Guests can instantly send photos to their device via QR code, email, or SMS directly from the iPad. A full online gallery is also provided to the couple after the event.
The Luxe Photo Booth can be used in covered outdoor settings such as marquees, barns, and orangeries. We require a sheltered, flat surface and access to a standard 13A power socket.
We use a professional dye-sublimation printer that produces lab-quality, smudge-proof prints in under 15 seconds. Combined with our DSLR camera and Godox studio flash, the results are indistinguishable from professional portrait photography.
We carry backup equipment to every event, including a spare camera, flash unit, and printer. Our attendant is fully trained to resolve any issue on site, ensuring zero downtime for your guests.
