Frequently Asked Questions
The Luxe Photo Booth needs a flat 2.5m x 2.5m area covering the backdrop wall, prop table and the photo booth positioned in front of the backdrop facing it. We'll confirm space requirements with your venue prior to the event.
We arrive 1 hour before your hire period starts to set up and test everything, and pack-down takes 1 hour after it ends, carried out discreetly. Setup and pack-down time are not part of your hire hours.
Absolutely. Every booking includes a holding screen displayed on the rear monitor: V360 branded on the Classic and Signature packages, and a custom holding screen featuring your event logo, names or details on Premium and Prestige. Photo print templates are fully customisable to match your wedding theme and colour palette.
Our minimum notice is 5 days, but we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May–September). Popular dates can be reserved up to 12 months ahead.
We offer a curated selection of elegant props suited to luxury weddings — think gold frames, silk flowers, and calligraphy signs. We deliberately avoid novelty items to maintain the premium aesthetic of your event.
Yes. Every package, including the digital-only Classic package, includes a professionally presented booth attendant who manages the experience, assists guests and ensures everything runs smoothly throughout your event.
Guests can instantly send photos to their phone by AirDrop, QR code, email, WhatsApp or SMS. After the event, you receive a link to an online gallery of your photos within 24 hours, and the gallery stays online for 1 month.
The Luxe Photo Booth can be used outdoors only under solid cover, such as a marquee, barn or orangery, on a flat, dry, level surface. The venue needs to provide two standard mains power sockets within 3 to 5 metres of the booth.
We use a professional dye-sublimation printer that produces lab-quality, smudge-proof prints in under 15 seconds. Combined with our DSLR camera and Godox studio flash, the results are indistinguishable from professional portrait photography.
We carry backup equipment to every event, including a spare camera, flash unit, and printer. Our attendant is fully trained to resolve any issue on site, ensuring zero downtime for your guests.
